The Bauhaus-Center does not sell or exchange information about its site visitors or customers with any third party. In an effort to offer you the best and most current shopping opportunities, we may occasionally e-mail you with information about new products or special sales.

We take pride in the quality of our products and put extra effort to make sure customers get exactly what they want.
Refund Guarantee
We want you to enjoy your purchase and become a repeat customer.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have a 7 days trial period to return it for 100% refund or to exchange it with a different item.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Returned item must be in new and undamaged condition, packed in it's original packing materials.
Special orders are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase. Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive the refund minus the shipping charges.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Warranty Service and refund Instructions:
When you request for a warranty service, refund or exchange, simply enclose the goods, ship the package insured using a shipper of your choice and include the following:
- Your name
- Original order/invoice number (Look at "My Account").
- Detailed description of the problem, or your request for exchange
- Your return address, phone number and e-mail

For your protection, when mailing us an item it is recommend insuring it for at least its purchase price and adding delivery confirmation.

All you have to do is follow the instructions and you will find the purchase process simple and easy. Please note that incomplete orders will be put on hold until all missing information is submitted and delivery time may consequently be delayed.

Our catalogue
We do our best to exhibit the most representative pictures in our catalogue; however, some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items, especially golden ones, may appear bright less or even darker compare actual colour.
In addition please note that many of our products are handmade, therefore slight differences might occur between similar items being produced.
From time to time we will offer some of our items with a reduction price. These items will be presented as "Special Offers" on the Home page.
